9265 Marysville Road in Ostrander, Ohio, is a 6,068 square feet multi-retailer establishment. The property is located east of Buckeye Bird Supply at Stover Road and US 36. Pointers Place LLC purchased the property from Kelleys Place LLC for $465,000.
T9039 Antares Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, is a ten-unit office condominium project. The building is located just east of South Old State Road at Polaris Parkway. Columbus Aesthetic Medicine LLC purchased a condominium unit from Eat Rite 2 LLC for $372,645.
