According to the Delaware County Auditor’s Office three commercial real estate properties changed hands in valid sales last week.
- 90 East William Street, Delaware. The former doctor’s office located Henry and William Streets in downtown Delaware, Ohio, sold for $450,000.
- 4301 Home Road, Powell. Horsepower Farms sold one of its condo units to Groundhog Racing LLC for $179,891.
- 3770 US Route 42, Delaware. The former home to ServiceMaster Janitorial by Faith located at the intersection of South Section Line Road and US 42 sold for $143,550 by auction.
